Loving my KLR

new here and returning to riding after 25 years, which was primarily woods on old beaters and a few years on a Quadracer. Was considering a 250-350Enduro which a few friends/co-workers said I wouldn't be happy with. To small, your not going to be in the woods as much as you think etc etc. They were correct. I am really enjoying the back roads here in southern Vermont and commuting the 8 miles back and forth to work, which has several options of main road, windy pavement or over the hill on the gravel. What I bought was a 2008 green KLR with 12,000 miles on it a few "farkles" but the "doo" not done. I know everybody here says do it ASAP but after 12k miles is it something to worry about?
