tallboy drifting over

Hello all, drifted over from the .net site also. I am age 50,married 29 yrs.,and have two daughters, one in high school, one in college. We live in northeast Tn. along the Tn/NC border.
I bought my first motorcycle in 1973, I was 17 yrs. old. It was a DS bike,a Suzuki TS-250 two stroke.Rode that thing everywhere back then, wish I still had it. Later on bought another DS bike,a Honda XL-250 thumper. Quit riding till mid-80's,bought a Honda V-45 street bike and sold it after a couple years.A really good bike, but boring.(to me)
Bought the KLR in April, and have put 5,000 miles on it so far. Now I'm having fun again!
