Greetings from New Mexico!

I've been a lurker on here for a while researching all things KLR, and finally pulled the trigger on a local '07. It's been ridden much, but also maintained and upgraded well by its only owner (until now). I've never had a dual sport, or ridden off road, but am looking forward to commuting and exploring with this one!

Welcome! I think you will enjoy the forum. I bet you don't have two feet of snow on the ground! Get to know "Scrapper"--he's a neat young rider in your state.

No snow at all out here... We may get some in the next day or two, but the last few weeks have been terrific. I'm glad to know there are some locals on here as well, I'm going to need some trail recommendations soon!

Scrapper, first of all, thank you for your hospitality! I don't head down your way much anymore, but who knows now that I have my new mode of transport! I totally get why you don't like 25, I doubt anyone does... Although even if you're just passing through, let me know. I know some good spots for food and brews
