New guy from Pacific NW

I'm a new KLR owner, old biker. Been riding for 30 years. Love my 07 KLR.
Got some good info from you guys. Thanks.

PHOTOS!!! We like pretty pictures!!!

Dirty ones are OK, too.. (as long as they're of the bike after getting it muddy)

I have no pictures yet. :-( It just started the monsoon season here so I should have some muddy stuff soon. I am still in that Harley mode where I wash my bike way to much and don't want it to get dirty. Gotta get over that. At least the KLR gets to see rain.
How do I post pics on here?

Just did this on another post a minute ago, but here is the best way that I have found.
Create an account at photobucket.com then upload your pictures to there. Once uploaded, have the forum open and your album on photobucket opened. You then find the pic you want to post and click on the IMG option under the picture, this copies it, then here in your post you just right click and paste. Do a preview of your post and make sure the pic posted correctly. I also found out you can adjust the size of your pictures uploaded to photobucket, I use the 1024x768 option, this makes a really nice big picture to see. Make sure to have the size option set before you upload. Hope this helps...

Also, welcome to the forum ....

Photobucket's free, but if the photo gets looked at too many times, it'll just show up here as a red X in a small white box.

I pony up the $20-25 a year for the Pro membership which gives me unlimited photo uploads and unlimited bandwidth for photo veiwing. (No red X's..)

Nice place to store them, too.. I currently have almost 300 photos uploaded.

Picasa or Flickr - Best options out there and both are free.
