Well, keep your eyes peeled here, for used bikes for sale, and also keep a good look at Craigslist.com for Rockford, Madison, Quad Cities, etc..

I haven't been over to Freeport Honda Kawasaki in a while, but they might have a used one over there since they had a dozen or so 08' models and someone might have traded off an older one for a new bike.

Once you locate one, keep me in mind next spring.. I tend to do a lot of riding around the Mississippi River, from Savanna, up to LaCrosse, WI and beyond. Excellent riding in that entire area, on both sides of the river.

And WELCOME!!!

I went with out for about two years after I got to ride a friends KLR. I had the FeVeR!!! Everyone around here and other KLR forums were friendly even though I couldn't ride. I even got to drink beers with Paper and his crew.

In June I was finally able to get a KLR of my own and it was totally worth the wait.

Hang in there!

Maybe I should change my user name one of these days

Brian

PS
Paper, come on up I'm buying
