I'm almost afraid to post a picture. I see folk clowNing those that have the green. Yes I got the green. I had started looking at these bikes about five or so years ago but being a fire hard moto guy for the past 30 years or so I let some guys talk me out of it. Now after a serious injury I can't ride like that any more so I wanted something tamer and now with I would have did it before I may not be in this shape.

Welcome to the forum! I'm an old dirt guy myself too, and I just picked up my first KLR recently. I don't know what anyone has against the green bikes. Mine is black and it looks really sharp when I clean it up, for about 15 minutes! I guarantee your green bike doesn't show dirt and crud as much as my black one does. LOL

The new editions are sharp. Congrats! Don't worry about posting a pic because you can't yet anyway.
I call my KLR my grandpa bike, but I don't care. I like it a lot for its do anything multi-purpose uses. She's not going anywhere anytime soon.
