Don H, retired lineman. Riding 46 years..... so far

Live in Central AZ near some great riding.

Used to race, build and setup sidecars for dirt work...Never quite got away from that so my '03 will be getting little something on the side soon.

Right now I have the KLR, a CB750 that's my road bike and a '79 GL1000 that's for sale.

Glad to be here and hope I can learn and contribute.

Welcome Don!! Got any pics of the off road hacks you used to build? We'd love to see them!

Aww.. That sucks.. I hope you lost nothing more valuable than the photos. I cringe at the thought of a house fire, even more because I travel frequently.

It is rough but I do have all those wonderful memories.
The worst is the loss of my kids pictures, gifts over the years, you know the clay handprints and macaroni art.
No lives lost and that's a blessing!

Welcome to the forum Don. If you do a net search, or you might already have, there are some other KLR owners out there with some nice looking sidecar setups.

2008 DL650 VStrom Yellow and Black
Previous ride was a 2007 KLR Black/Silver, I miss it..
Looking to get back into KLR's sometime soon.
