Greetings From Big Sky Country!

Greetings everyone! I'm a new member who lives in beautiful Montana. I've been a rider for just over two years now, and just bought my first KLR last month. My first bike was a cruiser, but I wanted something that I could take on the mountain roads and go exploring, and boy did I find the right bike for it! I see why they are so popular, I love it. It's an '08 and has been cared for well. I've been spending a lot of time in the garage getting to know it before taking off into the back woods too much, and am really impressed with the bike and how easy it is to work on. It's great that these forums exist to help us new KLR'ers out with maintenance questions, farkle questions, etc. Ride on!

Which part of Montana, senor paramedic?

I'm asking because my wife is from Billings, and we try to make it up there every year or so to see her family...
People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

Welcome. I love Montana but admittadly I'm there more on my Goldwing than the KLR.
