Smile Back in the saddle again

Hello from NW Arkansas.

I am back in the saddle again. I had a little fight with cancer 3 years ago and the treatment I had would not allow me to ride a motorcycle. I sold the bikes I had. Finally when I got the green light I "HAD" to buy another bike. I found an 08 Red KLR with 500 miles on it. The owner said it was too cold natured for him. I bought the bike and I still cant figure out why he thought it was cold natured. Hit the choke , Hit the starter and it starts. anyway I have had the bike for a couple of months now and it just turned over 1600 miles and no problems yet, (knock on wood). This had been the best all around bike I have ever owned. I just go where ever I want to and where I live I have all types of roads to ride.

And simply wanting a bike is reason enough, particularly now.

I know a few people fighting that fight unfortunately. Really happy for you. Ride forth!
