Welcome to the forum. Looks like like a typical wet, winter day in the PNW.
May I suggest that you confirm that the drive chain is loose enough to push the lower run Up to touch the Rear Tip of the lower rubber under-slider. Most are too Tight.
Also confirm that the Hi Beam of head light Bright Spot has a 2 inch drop when backed away from a wall while on level ground. Most are way to High.
Regrettably, most dealerships do Not do their complete job of Final Assembly & Preparation. Did you sign & receive the Yellow Copy of the A & P check list?
