Carry extra gas

I guess I don't need a larger gas tank, I'll just carry what I need!

I'm counting around 35 or 40 of them. So lets see, that little scooter would get around 100 mpg, of course the extra weight and size will reduce that, lets call it 75 mpg......

35 x 5 gallons= 175 gallons at 75 mpg....that would get you about a 13,125 mile range.

But when you stop for a bathroom break, I'm sure that someone will walk away with some of them....so you mileage my vary....

Yes, It is a 'resurrection' from the past, but I just can't pass up the opportunity.

What kind of bracketry does one suppose is underneath/between all of that!?

One supposes that you are looking at the support, viz., the external banding that ties the bundle together and that is merely resting on the place where the pillion goes. And that would be about half a ton of gasoline. "Good enough, Nhek Bun Chaka, and don't stop for lunch." Who needs mirrors?
