It's tough being a guy. We never say the right thing.

That was pretty funny. And pretty accurate in my experience.

too true, we really don't have a chance do we?

i've been with my girlfriend for a couple of years, still trying to get it right, i'm starting to finally realize there is no "right". a while ago we were out for dinner at our favorite pub, we had arrived separately. when she sat down, i noticed she'd had her hair done. so i complimented her on her hair and told her she was beautiful, the waitress was swooning, look at the GF and i have never seen a more confused look on a womans face. i was then informed by the GF that men are not supposed to notice things like that......

so fast forward to two weeks ago, same pub, same waitress, same separate arrivals...... lo and behold, she's had her hair done again. well i figure i've got this all worked out, just play it cool, say nothing....... wrong. now she's upset i didn't notice and is convinced i don't like it

i have no problem playing the game, i just wish they'd stop moving the goal posts...
