I'm excited......

A couple weeks ago I posted I had completed several maintenance items on the KLR. One of them being new front & rear springs.

I'm going to Mexico in a couple weeks to ride the Copper Canyon area. i wanted to put a few miles on the bike, to feel comfortable with everything I have had apart. I hauled the bike down to SW Iowa, then road about 140 miles, collecting towns for the BFE Grand Tour. I was amazed at the difference changing front springs & oil had made!

I'm sure others have found the same, but if you're on the fence trying to decide if it's worth it, go for it. It made it a whole new bike.
