The comments on that article...wow. Harley people bitching. Some crotch rocket guy bitching. Then a bunch of vstrom and versys guys whining about their bikes being left out. One suggested that the versys should have been in the article instead of the klr. I like the vstrom and the versys both. They are NOT in the same tent as a klr.

Some guy claims that the KLR won't hit 80 mph...maybe he weighs 300 lbs and rode with a barn door attached. It might be high RPM, but my 08 has no issues getting well over 90.

I like the price tags of everything else in the article

I test drove an ' 09, and it cruised my 308 lb fat arse on the interstate at 70 mph just fine.

I find it quite amusing when people don't read an article, then assuming what it says, make completely untrue statements about what is written in that article.
