LAFD debuts motorcycle team at Carmageddon

I'm trying to find a video I saw on TV; no luck so far.

The Los Angeles Fire Department, as a part of the famous Carmageddon here in LA, has set up a motorcycle fast response team using KLR650s.

LAFD has a press release, but the spokesperson calls them KLX650s.

Carmageddon, as expected by all but the press and radio spokesholes, is a bust. People are staying home in droves. Probably most stayed home to watch the news coverage....

Hope you can find the clip. Nice to see our favorite ride gain a little publicity.

After following it on the news (ever notice how ALL news is weird and sensationalized during the Summer months, especially seasonal Bigfoot and Chupacabra sightings?) I was wondering if any of you CA riders would comment on the event itself.
