Dual Star ????

Anybody know anything about Dual-Star ?? I've read that they are the go-to supplier for all the KLR goodies to do the TAT but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Web site is still active but you can't order off it. Phone or fax and fax didn't answer today either. Any other suggestions? Been trying to call them for 4 weeks.

You're best option is to order your stuff from someplace else. This is notheing new with Dual-Star, been going on for several years. Even if you manage to talk to someone you might have to wait weeks to get your order. Try any of these.

I had issues with Dual Star. Received some of the parts ordered which were decent quality. They are terrible at returning emails, phone calls, etc. When I was able to get in touch with them, there was always a different story on what the delay was. I cancelled the balance of the order and went elsewhere.

I'll put in a plug for http://www.happy-trail.com/

I've had decent treatment from them over the years. If you order powder-coated stuff from them it can take awhile.

Haven't bought stuff from Dual Star in 10 years, which is a shame because they do (occasionally) sell some really good stuff. They must do most of their business from walk-ins because there is no way they could have survived this long with their lack of internet and phone service.

Dual star is down the street from my house, I'm not sure exactly where, but they bought some parts from me at my dealership

It's to bad about about Dual Star. I used to buy every thing from them. They had great service fast shipping every thing you ordered you got. They even had there own product line. And it was really good stuff. Then all of a sudden it all went bad. Something went wrong there. I don't even try them any more.
