Son of a Bi*ch!

Lost my left radiator shroud vent cover on my 2007. What should I do now? I've never seen one of them for sale!

I saw some shrowds but no vent covers. There has to be a better idea out there. I'm thinking of mini bbq grill/vent cover. I dunno.

Na! I have a 07. It's kinda shaped like a triangle. I had it ziptied in and when I did my valve adjustment I undid it and must of forgot to ziptie back again. If I figure how to post a picture I'll put one up.

Just checked website. You have to buy entire shroud for $77. Surprised i've never read about this. I've always been scared to lose those pieces. Has anyone ever made anything that looked cool to take the place of this?

I can't tell in the photo. Is it flat or is it curved? Seems like it would be pretty easy to find something to rig up to replace it with.

First thing that comes to mind is one of those plastic (or metal) strainer-type things that are made for paint rollers.

Another source for plastic-coated or pre-painted black mesh material is an office supply store. They sell lots of little gadgets like storage cubes, paper trays for desks, etc. that are made out of a handy and surprisingly tough kind of wire mesh and they're usually black. They're pretty easy to cut.
