These racks look reasonably priced.

They are the same bags I have, they are Paul Jr designs, I like them a lot, you just want to make sure you put the straps under the seat, they will wear your but out if you sit on them for long

They did sell them under the coleman name but now I think it's Paul Jr. name, they're with the motorcycle stuff at walmart. Hello from Green River, UT, 50 miles from Moab tomorrow.

I have the soft Kawasaki throw over saddlebags and the expandable tail bag for my 06. I traded it for a Versys so would part with them if they would suit someone. Might check them out on the Kawasaki web site. I wouldn't ask more than half price. PM me if you are interested and I will send some pics. They are in good shape but absolutely are not waterproof.

The solution I am working on wasn't exactly cheap. I bought happy trails hard luggage racks ($269)+2 20 mm ammo cases (25/case). I am going to buy some spray on bed liner, and roughly follow what this guy did. (click link) It will be over 300 to do this, but considering some of the Aluminum boxes are over 700, I don't think this is necessarily a bad deal.

Modifications:
1)Doohickey Planned and purchased 2)Aftermarket Grips 3)Grip Heaters 4)Happy Trails Hard Luggage Rack 5)20 mm ammo cases planned soon 6)Aftermarket Exhaust 7)Thermobob 8)Happy Trails Fork Brace 9)Stainless Steel Oil Filter 10)Magnetic Drain Plug

See profile visitors post for details and planned mods.

$150 hard luggage rack. I can't vouch for them because I've never used them, but I wish I had of seen this a month ago.

I found some Bolton bags on Amazon, appear the same as Pelican but only $70 a piece.
