Pelican case mounting.

I ordered a pelican case for the tail rack. I was originally thinking I would just bolt it down. But I started thinking I'd like to be able to use it else where to carry camera gear. Has anyone mounted one without drilling holes? Something that allows it to quickly attach and detach while maintaining the waterproof aspect of the case.
