I also use the Rotella T in my bike. I'm glad it's there as an option. You can't beat the price compared to motorcycle specific oils.

There's a lot of folks here running Rotella, including myself.. I run it in all of my bikes but the simplest..
I run Mobil 1 Synthetic 10w-40 in my Honda Helix.. I think it's the best oil on the market, and since the Helix holds 8/10th of a quart and has no oil filter, I consider it worth it..
For everything that's going on in a KLR, and my BMW's and Triumph, I like the properties of Rotella..
The Helix is being run WFO about 90% of the time.. I'm sure Rotella would work perfectly in it, but I'm still using the Mobil 1..
Who knows.. I might change.. I've already broken the rules with my Triumph Sprint ST.. It's recommended to use synth or semi synth oil and change at 6K miles.. I'm using Rotella and changing at 3K miles.. Shifting, even with Mobil 1 gets less smooth after 3K, so why not change it when it shifts best?
Good thing we don't have tire wars here..
