KLR wins Cycle World Adventure Bike Comparison

Cycle World - THE ARMAGEDDON TOUR: ADVENTURE BIKE COMPARISON TEST
» Husqvarna TR650 Terra
» Kawasaki KLR650
» KTM 990 Adventure Baja
» Triumph Tiger 800XC
» Yamaha Super Ténéré

They have a series of videos about the comparison. Nice to see the KLR take on all them fancy high priced bikes.

Good evening All,

I have read this article and I am very proud of the outcome. I believe I share the same opinion as Senior Cabrito. It is very reassuring to learn that our model bike is the overall winner. I guess it goes to show that the KLR is an awesome bike for under $6000.00 not including all the farkles that we install nor the modifications that are done.

The moniker of "Jack of All Trades" is one to be proud of. Besides, think of all the beer you can buy with the savings....

I just tell all my coworkers who are buying Harleys that my bike is a Jeep with two wheels, and when the fecal matter hits the fan, I can disappear down a dirt road while they're stuck in traffic...
