New Enough ++++++++

I can?t say enough though I will try. Had an excellent customer experience with New Enough today. New Enough is the best motorcycle gear company I have found by far! They definitely care about their customers by doing what is best for the customer.

One thing I did learn is research the manufacturer of the gear you are purchasing.

*First Gear will send you a replacement item ahead of time and let you return the damaged item afterwards. You are not without that item at any time.
*Tour Master needs the damaged item returned so they can make their decision what is to be done. After their decision they either repair the item or send you a replacement item. You are without that item for as long as the replacement or repair takes.

I am not saying either of these processes is right or wrong though I do know which one I prefer.

My next gear, whatever it is, will be purchased at New Enough. Their business and staff ROCK!

Also, knowing which companies are the same helps in deciding based on quality of a product. Example, FirstGear is made by the same company that makes Hein Gericke. Sidi Boots also makes SetUp brand. There are others, I can't recall all of them.

But another good link to keep in your bookmarks for cheap gear is They run the exact same business as also top notch customer service. But oftentimes they carry specific stuff that the other does not. Just gives you a little more to choose from, and you won't get burned on price or delivery time.
