HolyCaveman now famous?

Not sure how many people it takes to say your famous, but since HC rode his KLR in the Peace Pipe Enduro this Fall I've run into more people making the comment, "There was this guy on a KLR650 and man was he good...!!" Don't want HC to get a swollen head but I think your a local celebrity to the people who ride the dirt.

Alright buildit, I already have had a large crainial from birth, don't need it any larger!

Thanks guys, but realy, I am nothing special at all, period.

The KLR is realy and honestly not much of a disadvantage if at all on rough terrain. It LOOKS like it would take alot of skill or strength to take a 400lb-er through that stuff. But as long as you just keep your balance and momentum, all is well.

Oh yea, I still hate my bike when I have to pick it up  But otherwise, its a caddy!

I was just real surprised when I told a guy I wanted to get more into enduro riding and mentioned I had a KLR. Then he starts telling me how he was at the peace pipe and there was a guy on a KLR and another on a KTM 640 that were rocking the course. This after several people at the peace pipe had made comments to Dave and I about how they had seen guys on real big bikes running the course. Did we know who they are? Yeah, it's Team Caveman!
Suddenly I felt honored to be hauling thier fuel around, even if we did get to one stop a bit late.

By the way HC the guy who said that is the same one who has the WR400 for sale in West Jefferson. Just so you don't think I'm blowing smoke. We couldn't hook up this weekend so I'm trying to get a time for next weekend.
