momma got a new ride!!!

Well, Mike and I did a little shopping this week--vanity light , faucets, some plumbing valves, for the new bathroom aaaaannnnnnnd a new motorcycle for me!!!!

Mike got me a new 07 Wee-strom for when we take longer trips and highway riding--(planning a 3 week trip on bikes this summer)--it's so prett--nah--it's just plain KEWL!!!! He's gonna try it out when we get it home and see how he likes it--he really has his eye on a KTM 990 adventurer for the long hauls but we'll see. I think this bike will be everything I need for the big highways and more---keeping our KLR's though--we love them for all our backroading and dirt we do on a regular basis. We have only heard good things about this bike and it seems to share a stable with the KLR quite well from what I have read on here. We'll pick it up in about two or three weeks-maybe there will be a break in the weather and I can ride it home. I got the silver one--I looked at the blue one but thought it was very handsome in silver. Can't wait!!!! Kay

I got to ride KLRGunn's Weestrom this week. It's sooooo smooth. You get the feeling you could really eat up the miles on one of those things! Congrats, Kay!

He will be wanting it KAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the wee is a gr8 bike, for the street, I can't see how people ride them off road though. But then I used to try and take my 305 dream everywhere my friends took their enduros.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Nice bike Kay, if you like it half as much as I like mine, you will never sell it. With differant tires, it wouldn't be bad for a little off road, but then again, thats why I kept the KLR. They are not top heavy at all.

The shortest distance between two points is a damn shame.......

I rode Broke Back mountain, and my a$$ is killing me.....
