Merry Christmas to everybody and their families. I had to work, but came home to a great ham dinner.

Had to laugh when I saw my wife utilizing an Isagenix shake mixer she got from some pyramid-scheme weight loss protein "cleansing diet" cult she convinced me we should try a few years ago.

She was using it to blend the flour and milk to use in sorcering up her magical ham gravy which, by the way, is the best in the world; certainly much better than the nasty-ass shakes that thing was designed to blend.

A re-enactment of the scene in our kitchen in the morning after I get up for a late-night snack........

BWAAAAHAHAAAAA!!!!

That'll be the scene here after a Christmas meal of leftover (frozen) thanksgiving turkey tacos....a tradition here, deep fried in manteca (lard), resplendent with fresh made guacamole, pico de gallo, mex rice, salsa, and crema.

I can feel my arteries hardening as I type this. This is a once a year blowout we all enjoy.

Cheers all !!!!
