Sad world we live in these days. I would expect it to get stolen in China or Mongolia or a country that ends in Stan but Wales.....????????

My theory: The bike was stolen for its FRONT FENDER! However, the thieves were surprised before they could remove the part, and ran away, abandoning the bike.

How about that front fender? Trick? Custom? Found on KLR650s marketed in other climes and countries?
