Guys
I would like to go tubeless...am wondering if there is a one piece wheel assembly out there maybe similar to the Vstrom that will fit the klr or maybe be fairly easy to adapt. I don't much care how it looks...or maybe there is some sort of "seal kit" for the stock rim? Anybody know?
Thanks for the recent warm welcome to this new guy

I have seen a kit, it was written up in cycleworld several months ago. From what I recall it was kinda expensive and pretty labor intensive. Hang on, I'll go look ..........

Well, I couldn't find it, but got this DIY writeup. Don't kill yourself...

I guess my question is, why?

What's your reason for wanting to go tubeless?

The reason i would like to go tubeless is I would rather plug/FixAFlat while surrounded by bears and mosquitos in the middle of the night while it's raining than change out a tube....that's the way my luck seems to run.

Ahh.. If there was ever a reason, mosquitos would be it.. I was out changing my oil on the KLR last night at dusk, so I know EXACTLY what you're talking about.
