If you do your own work, keep receipts and records I don't think they can legally deny you warranty.
When I bought a new vehicle oil changes were included for as long as I owned it. The car has never been back. It's just a way they get you back into the dealership so they can charge you for something else which you probably don't need.
Friend of mine had a Toyota Highlander. He took it to the dealership for an oil change. They put on the wrong oil filter. His wife picked it up and by the time she got it home the motor was pooched. They reluctantly covered it.
