It seems positive to me that so many bikes are being sold in any market as it would show that there are still some economies of scale and demand keeping bikes in production. The way sales are dropping off in parts of our market makes one wonder.

The numbers of so many aspects of the Indian, Indonesian, Chinese economies are mind boggling. Now, if they's simply listen to a few suggestions we offer to make the KLR perfect. ;-)

What!!! THe KLR isn't perfect??? You are bursting my bubble.

My Kaw Barn - 2004 KLR, 2006 Concours (sold), 1997 Bayou 400.

"It's a friggen motorcycle, it's not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you shit your pants every now and then. "

You misunderstood. Posting suggestions that it isn't perfect is a means to test Kawasaki's perception of the perfect motorcycle. If they agree that any change is necessary, the obviously fail the test.
