Blinkers (possibly redundant)

My turn signals come on, but don't flash. Everything I found was about not working at all. Could replacing the relay fix this?

If both front and rear turn signals light up but don't flash and you have not made any changes like replacing the bulbs with LEDs, it seems like it it time for a new flasher relay.

You might want to consider replacing the relay with an electronic one for LED bulbs. It will work fine with the stock incandescent bulbs, but also with LEDs if you decide to use them in the future. I personally don't see any need for LED turn signals.

Cool. I will try there. I was unsure if bad relay makes them come on steady or stay off steady.

It could do either, but with the signals staying on, you know the wiring all the way through and the switch are all passing current. The relay is also passing current, so the blinking function in the relay is the problem.
