New Gasket Install help

Knee deep into my EagleMike Doohickey and Spring install and not sure what the steps are for proper New Gasket Install???
(I wasn't able to save the OG gaskets)

I have cleaned all surfaces, but not sure what is needed at this point??

Do apply a layer of Honda Bond 4 onto the aluminum surfaces, or do I just put the new gaskets on dry ??

Sorry we are all late.
Looks to my eyes as tho you need to use a razor scraper to get ALL of the old gasket material Off! The 'chunky' spots will cause leaks.

Clean and dry is the normal way, the impregnated resins heat cure to the bare metal surfaces. But some owners use a very thin coat of grease on one side to purposely possibly allow removal.

No worries man!! Mixed info on what to do...
Hopefully I didn't mess things up too bad!? Ended up putting a thin coat of Hondabond HT on the aluminum surfaces after cleaning then the new gaskets....
Letting it set over night (not sure if needed?) And will add the oil, fire her up tomorrow..

Fingers crossed, no leaks..

You didn't mess anything up. I usually use a light coat of RTV silicon on each side of the gasket.

I was a stress ball yesterday afternoon, not knowing what I should do??
I let the Hondabond HT set up overnight, then filled it with oil today, and fired it up ... After a heat cycle, things LQQk ok.
(Don't want to jinx myself)

Going to wait a few days before completing the final step and apply the EagleMike Sticker 😁
