Question Dual Star vendor?

Hello, does anyone know what is going on with the Dual Star vendor? I have worked with them in the past, but they have been unavailable for several months. I have a number of items I am interested in, but am getting frustrated . I am curious for, for example, if the carrier rack they advertise is compatible with Jesse Odessey II panniers. Any info out there?

Website seems to be up to date. States that they're closed from June 26th til today.. http://www.dual-star.com/index2/

I know they can be tough to get in touch with, though..

Dualstar doesn't seem interested in giving basic customer service to existing customers or picking up new customers. I've heard so many people say they can't get ahold of anyone there by phone or email and they are left in limbo for months wondering about their order or never being able to place an order. Do a search for the products you want and find another vendor.

Well, does anyone know of a tail plate that I might be able to use with some Jesse Odessey II panniers? I was thinking of making my own out of a plastic cutting board for camping purposes.
