Red face I need a muffler, jet, air filter package!!

klr650.com is all out of stock! I am working with a 2000 klr with 2000 miles on it, It barely runs and wont idle with the choke off. I would like to start with a new muffler, jet, and k&n filter. I need to take it out of town for work within a week and need to order it now. The studebaker package is $220 and the Jardine package is $320. Is there somewhere else I can order with competitive prices?

Probably none of the above. 2000 model with only 2000 miles most likely only needs the carb cleaned.......Inside.

Makes since, Looks like I will be learning how to clean a carburetor. The Exhaust is still rusted and bent so I have to replace it and the air filter. Keep the factory jet? Its, my first bike, I got it mainly for transportation. But would like for it to run as good as it can, And I can't find much about it.

Billy....go to T P I motorcycleparts dot com and order the FMF Q4. Jardine is WAY too loud, and the studebaker just plain sucks. I have the FMF Q4, and it rocks. Nice exhaust note, and noticeable power difference. WHile you are cleaning the carb, change out the jet! I used the Dynojet Kit. Steer CLEAR of the K&N. Great for cars, not so great for bikes. Get a UNI filter. Most of the fellas I know run them, and haven't looked back since. I've actually been told that the K&N will hamper performance a bit.
