Is my fairing assembled right?

I have my bike on the lift and I’m messing with this and that and I notice the fairing/windscreen where it meets the headlight is gaping. I can’t say that it’s normal or not. The dealer did not install the seat correctly so maybe they messed this up too! Look at the plastic under the windscreen just above the headlight lens. I see a sizable gap there. I don’t want to “ fix it if it ain’t broken” lol

I can only suggest, 'Normal'.
The dealership would have had zero reason to disassemble the 4 major parts of the front fairing and reassemble them prior to selling the bike to anyone.

I saw the bike in the giant crate and it obviously had the wheels off etc but I don’t know what assembly entails on these things. If they didn’t install the seat correctly that leads me to assume other things are wrong as well. Everything else looks ok

Bike's under warranty; ask your dealer.

Totally NORMAL, unless I have the same issue. I was taking off my front fairing last night to install a new speedo cable and I noticed the exact same thing. I have 2014

I'm going to 'back-pedal' a bit here.
There may be a valid reason for the extra gap at the top of your headlight lens. The headlight may not be properly focused. They all come out of the crate with the headlight adjusted WAY Too High.

It is part of the dealership assembly and preparation to adjust the headlight focus. 2 inch drop of the Hi beam bright spot at 25 feet from a wall. This needs to be done before the windshield is installed, because the vertical adjuster is in the top LH corner of the fairing. I'm pretty certain the adjuster tilts the entire headlight shell.
