Annoying Little floating Ads

These little floating ads are a pain in the butt. Anyway of getting rid of them?

Don't "mouse over" the highlighted text and they probably won't pop up.

The ads pay the rent...

I try to make it a habit of sending the website a nasty gram when I encounter popups or any rude type of advertising and tell them I won't be coming back or buying the product. It hasn't done any good.

Man Scarecrow... I wouldn't even attempt such a massive undertaking considering the internet has become a cesspool of constant ads and popups. I've recently installed yet another more powerful feature called noscript in to Firefox to block this newer infestation of every damn website running hidden scripts. I wouldn't recommend noscript to just anybody though because it's configuration heavy. Adblock plus alone does wonders for making surfing far more enjoyable.
