If memory serves (and without looking) I think that the connectors for the right and left turn signals at the rear are close together. Easily misconnected, as they are identical except for color. One is black and one is gray (again with the memory thing and not looking).

Pull the seat off and look for two connectors, both about 1/4" square and an inch long. One will have a Gray and a Black/Yellow wire, the other Green and Black/Yellow.

Swap them to the opposite sides.

Once upon a time, I took pictures of every connector on the main harness. This is what the male turn signal connectors on the main harness look like. The female connector is on the rear sub-harness; that is the connector that is about 1/4" square and an inch long.

Left to GREEN / Right to GRAY, positive wires of the main harness on Kawasaki motorcycles, of both Front & Rear signals.
