In August 2018 I picked up a 2008 KLR650 that had been very well cared for and came with a few extras.
I traded it in on a new 2017 KLR650 a month later. The dealer made me very good deal on the 2017 as it was
near the end of the season and they had a 2018 still in the crate.
I kept the saddle bags and the racks and engine guards for the new bike.
2008 with a bit over 500 miles on it. I'm about to purchase a set of saddlebag rails for it on Amazon. Mine came with a new set of drybags and supposedly soft bag racks but they don't fit at all. Supposedly the doohickey was done but I won't know until I check it one of these days.
Chrider. Great job! You’ve done a bang up job transforming it from a pinkie.
