Thumbs up Aftermarket balancer chain.

I have read a ton about the doo, but I havent read about any aftermarket balancer chains. The reason I ask this, the other night while I was surfing ebay I found someone selling one, new in the box for $30.00. So I bought it. The chain is made by TM Timing, its made in the USA. I thought this was a good deal. What do you think?
I plan on doing my doo this week when my parts come in, I figured having the new chain was a good idea. My bike is a 97 w/14,000 miles on it. The bike is very clean, the po seemed to take care of it.

This is a great forum!

The balancer chain should last the life of the bike. It may be a good price but you might never use it.

"It's a friggen motorcycle, it's not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you shit your pants every now and then. "
