Cool 2010 klr

Hi Fellows

Newbie, Just bought my first KLR 650 in Honduras and will get delivery the end of the month and hopefully fullfill my livetime dream to go to Patagonia and back, looking around if there is any difference between the 2010 and 2011 model ( getting the 2011 model), besides the color!
Also if you want to buy aftermarket parts for the 2011 model, can you go with the parts what fits the 2009,2010 models? Neither website I am getting to, mention it fits the 2011 model including the Kawasaki website!!

Thanks for any feedback

All the Generation 2 parts fit all Gen 2 bikes (2008+), as there hasn't been any changes between the years. Also, many of the Gen 1 parts will work on Gen 2 bikes, so don't rule out anything made for earlier bikes.. If in doubt, just ask..

Congrats on the new bike, and welcome to the website!

Welcome. Can't wait to hear about the ride!
