clutch

New to KLRs and have a question about the clutch release on my 08. Clutch does not start to engage till the last 1/4 of the release, is this normal on a KLR? Most bikes I have ever owned start to release by half way or less.

Thanks

Yep perfectly normal for a KLR. If you want the friction zone a little closer to the handlebar, adjust the barrel adjuster at the perch to get the friction zone where you want it.
