Cheap Motor, Super cheap parts

Hello all,

See https://olympic.craigslist.org/mcy/d...671042735.html for more pics. Don't pay attention to prices there, I just threw them up when I i first got the stuff.

Main thing is the motor. 32 K miles. Just reshimmed. Has eagle mike doo. Looking to get 500. Here's a very brief video I took before removing it from the frame and installing a newer motor.

Hey there.
I tried to send you a PM, but it's not showing up as "SENT" so don't know if it 'went' or not.

I may be in need of a radiator, but will your Gen 1 fit a 2010 OK?
Aside from yours being black and mine silver, or natural aluminum color, it appears yours is thicker.
But it's hard to say for sure.

I've only had my bike a few weeks, and a seepy radiator is one of a number of flaws the seller neglected to disclose, and I didn't see till I got it home.

Anyway, did my Private Message come through to you?

If it doesn’t work out with the radiator, I swear by Alumaseal sealer. It’s powder form, comes in a tube. Put about 1/2 the tube in for the smaller system. I’ve used it on cars and bikes since the mid 80’s with no apparent ill affect.
The latest is in my Goldwing 1100. 2 leaks in the core. It has stayed sealed thru a couple flushes and antifreeze refresh, and pressure tested to 25 lbs.
Good stuff.

Here's what it takes to put a Gen 1 radiator on a Gen 2.

A PM will not appear in your Sent folder until it has been read by the recipient.
