If it doesn’t work out with the radiator, I swear by Alumaseal sealer. It’s powder form, comes in a tube. Put about 1/2 the tube in for the smaller system. I’ve used it on cars and bikes since the mid 80’s with no apparent ill affect.
The latest is in my Goldwing 1100. 2 leaks in the core. It has stayed sealed thru a couple flushes and antifreeze refresh, and pressure tested to 25 lbs.
