Need Top Rack Carrier

My stock top rack carrier (the plastic overlay) is cracked and the screw points underneath have broken away. Does anyone have one of these laying around they are willing to part with? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps now would be a good time to consider adding a larger, bigger, better after market rack? There are a couple really good options.

And, no...a milk crate is NOT one of those options...

I just browsed thru all 7 pages of @Tom Schmitz threads hoping to find a title which might suggest the brand of his large rear rack, to no avail.

The brand could be Cycle Rack or Super Rack. But it may not work too well with other side racks.

In Toms Souperdoo section, he has replaced the CycleRack with the original oem Gen2 rack in order to use different side racks. Sorry no pic of CycleRack.

Here are two I use. One is a legit Kawasaki or after market rack and the other is cut aluminum. You can see how it sits on the rear rack and the tail bag mounts to it.

Neither of those wide aluminum tail plates are oem Kawasaki, not even Genuine Kawasaki Accessory.

The Kawasaki center section is & has always been composite plastic, with no over-hang.

But did we read that Mercu136 oem aluminum side brackets have broken mounting tabs? As in missing bolt holes?

I'll suggest E-bay for a complete Gen 2 rack assembly, which then could install a wider Tail Plate / Carrier Deck. Or a CycleRack like Tom Schmitz used to have.

I think Damocles also uses the CycleRack.
I knew I could find a pic if I looked far enough,

Not the aluminum side brackets, but the plastic overlay on top of the metal frame. For reference, the bike is a 2014 (Gen 2).

I have a gen two rack I pulled off my 2016. I drilled four small holes in it to mount an emgo topcase, which i later removed. The holes dont interfere with the mounting of the rack.
