Looking for Bike Mechanic Recommendation in SW Chicago

Greetings, am looking to find a good bike mechanic in the Far SW Chicago area (Orland Park, Tinley Park). Appreciate suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance.

Or try posting on KLR650.net. I think they get quite a bit of traffic.

I'd suggest you seek out an Independent motorcycle repair shop. You will have a better chance of finding a "mechanic" that knows something about diagnostics and improvised repair. Franchised service departments specialize in getting your money. Look around their service department. Ever wonder how much of your money goes to fixing your bike, and how much of your money goes to covering the overhead of that place?
