Bill10 Yup, the staples on my 2016 started popping out within a couple weeks of buying it. The locations were pretty much isolated to the area around the platform that the seat's bolt hole/bracket are located on each side. There's a little platform there were the seat pan sits on the frame. It just looked like a bad staple job on someone's part. I re-stapled the bad spots and it's held together since.

DPelletier Yep, this is the fourth report I've seen of a new bike with the staples failing.

Seat staples letting go

Anyone ever have problems with the seat staples letting go.Bike is 2016 with 2000 kms.Kawi is replacing seat under warranty.
