Yes. But my gripe is they are not just accusing people but hanging them without trial or even a review of the evidence. It appears they have total faith in their automated system to determine third party content and feel they can use the excuse that we can't physically review all the videos we get as reason enough for their blind judgement.
I did remove two videos because it is possible that a public picture of president Obama can be copy right material. There is fair use clause, but I would rather stick to a 100% mine aspect to avoid any second guessing. You know this is all fall out from SOPA and PIAA almost being passed. UTube is looking for an easy answer to the copy right infringement that they have over looked for so long with people posting clips of songs, movies and TV shows openly. Even now there are thousands of videos on you tube with music violating copyrights. When I first decided to start ADVFilmer I was careful in researching my ability to use Apple Garage Band to produce my own audio tracks. Now it seems like a total waste of time since they are still trying to execute me. We'll see in time what happens. I have several complaints issued and am preparing a letter to their legal department for harassing letters without validation. Likely hood is my Google Addsense account will be pulled and I'll be kicked off you tube. In which case I may hire legal representation to sue you tube or just file a small claims case like the lady did against Honda.

Buildit I have become vendetta! Another e-mail threatening removal of my videos for third party content. It's getting to be a daily dispute!

You Tube goes too far

See if you can find my hidden message to you tube in this video! It takes a sharp eye, I bet they miss it! :11doh:

Why do this? I am supposed to make a small, I mean 1000ths of a cent for each add that appears in the videos, so this means I can't use any content like music or pictures that are not mine and origional. Well, you tube decided this video matches someone elses content! No proof, no explanation, no way for me to fight their claim. :very mad: Screw Tube has gone too far, I have contacted the Attorney General because this IS NOT the FIRST TIME.
