WonTian Darn, literally missed this by a month. My bike was having electrical problems at the time anyways so I probably would have had to miss out regardless. Looked like a great time. I ride my bicycle on those roads all the time and the views are just awesome to say the least.

How the heck did you get that KLR into the Toyota?
Drove it, of course.

Snakeboy66 Good Evening All,

The Fall Colors Ride was an amazing ride hosted by Mark B4. It was a great experience for me as I have never had so much fun on twisties. I was able to roll with the bike, counter steer and focus on where I wanted the bike to go. The scenery, the company and the roads were fantastic. I am ready to do it again. Thanks for putting this together Mark. It was a pleasure to meet Ben and Jeff, the three of us had some great conversations.

AT&T reception sucks in that section of Northern California.

Mark B (4) On down to Cazadero, where the average rainfall is over 100" a year. The final stop, before lunch, and a place to take in what we have just ridden.

Now, we give Jeffrey the hardest time about his KLR [see "who has the ugliest KLR thread"] and I think he took it the wrong way today, because we (I) was giving him a really bad time about how his shock is worth more than his bike, etc... so he said "Fine. I'm taking my bike and going home...

That is all.

Mark B (4) Temps now starting to increase as we make our way up to Kings Ridge road. Cattle, sunny and 75 and views for ever.

Mark B (4) Woke up to clear skies, and a slight chill in the air. Coffee brewing, bacon on sizzle. Breakfast done, KLR's warming up at 7:55 am. Jeffrey, Ben, Snakeboy66, and I roll out at 8am. Warm-up ride to Drycreek Market through all of the Russian River vineyards, the smell of Fall in the air, ambient temp changes are incredible. Arrive at our first stop.

From there, up to Skaggs Spring Rd. Skaggs is rated as one of the top roads in California for sport bikes, miles of twisties single lane through the Redwoods etc...
This picture was when we had stopped after all of that... sorry.

From there on to Tin Barn Road, and a frantic time for Snakeboy66 to find cell service to check in with his business by 10:30 am. We finally found it at around 11:18 am, but all was good.
