cherokee_chuck Well, another great day of DS riding......but it's time to head on into camp.....but first it's time to get some great Mexican Food in Jasper!

When we got back to camp, we found a stange looking home made device that resembled a barkbuster guard......but this didn't have gatorade written on it anywhere......so we gave up?????? Ha! Dave, see ya at TDT!!!!

Well, I would loved to have stayed another night and ridden on Sunday, but I had to get back for some meetings on Sunday...... Thanks to TTC for giving us a great place to stay...........look forward to seeing the World Trials next month!

See everyone at TDT VIII!!!

This is a cave in Trenton, GA that I explored back when I could fit in it.....HA!

After spending some great time riding in Alabama and Georgia, it was time to start heading back to TN........on our way down off of Sand Mtn. we stop to overlook Nickajack Lake, when we spotted 4 dead coyotes! Here are 2 of them....

Ok.......hope I get this right..... we are searching for the TAG (Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia) State Line Marker! What you see here is Huckabee Ln, which is pretty much the TN/GA state line. In 2007 when the south had that terrible drought/heat wave in August and Atlanta sucked dry Lake Lanier, Georgia came up with the idea of tapping into Nickajack lake........look how close they are! WOW! They went to court because the state line was suppose to be on the 35th parallel, which actually is way out in the lake on the other side of the dike in the background of this pic!!!!! When the line was surveyed long time ago, it was set at near N34 59 00.....that lost minute has caused quite a stir!!

We tracked down the marker.......sorry, didn't rotate the pic.

cherokee_chuck I wish I had gotten a pic of all the GasGas trials bikes all in a pretty line inside the store........they are for the riders coming from out of country to next month's World Trials event!!!!

Dave headed to Charlotte today to do his show tomorrow.....another great time hanging with ya Dave.......it's good that you are just one of the guys with us!

After seeing that most of the rain was going to slide along the TN and AL/GA state line, Chris and I decide to head south and find some fun!

Another great night shooting the bull with Dave and Chris on the porch of our cabin.....as the sweet smell and sound of rain fills the air!!!

Saturday morning, I wake up early and do a little exploring of TTC's facilities.....
