My Held gloves stay dry. My Sierra Designs rain gear never leaks a drop and the top and pants pack about the size of large athletic socks. I love em.

I picked up some Icon PDX hi-vis yellow stuff that seems to be working very well. Thank you all for your replies.
The ex, took her Harley gear, along with both of my bikes. So my passengers, kids, get to wear my harley stuff. Now dad gets to stay dry too.

Don't you still have your Harley stuff? If it's working, wear it on the KLR.
Will look much better than a big garbage bag and dishwashing gloves.

Overgloves are ace. In a pinch, work/shop gloves under regular gloves be good for cold and wetnesses.
I have some overgloves...someplace...
(Not that it's ever going to rain again here, ****ing A.)

These are my "it's raining really hard" gloves. They're weird-looking, but they work as advertised.

|garthw||Frogg Toggs and Aerostitch triple digit rain cover gloves were what I used prior to buying good gear. Now use Klim Traverse Gortex and could care less if it rains or shines. 100% waterproof.|

|Monken||Speaking of rain gear; I've got a Alter Ego 3.0 jacket and Ballistic pants. Took a ride over the Beulah, CO pass to Bishops Castle and then down through Colorado City, back to Hwy 25 and home, in Pueblo, Co. Only had the jacket with me and knew I was going to go through rain, anyhow it wasn't water proof and didn't check when I got it (Weather was nice.). Well I stayed warm enough, in a wet suit sort of way, though the rain wasn't real cold. The times I got off the bike and straightened my arms there must have been a half gallon of water in each arm, lol.|

|Golaiy||Thank you. I am running a tour master jacket right now and love it. How easy is the one piece to get on and off on the side of the highway? (I guess more on, lol)|
