oldschool | I'm from Burlington and i'm down there occasionally so I'll stop by sometime. There used to be some great trails near the mall area, but all has been developed for some time now. I spent my youth evading the sheriff getting from one set of trails to the next. Wasn't always successful. |

more questions about TDPII Hey, just joined forum. I'm 44 and got my KLR about 20 months ago after being out of biking for 18yrs - live in Greensboro NC. I have frequently visited the Pisgah and feel like a kid again every time i go. I've learned my aging limitations the hard way and now mainly stick to the many forest dirt roads instead of demanding ORV parks. Every time i go i never see anyone. I would really like to attend an event to ride with other klr riders but am having trouble putting together how it all works. 1st of all is it open to new folks like me? (I'm nice). Daddyjoe | If you like meeting KLR (and a few other D/S) riders, and like beautiful views, and like riding, you want to make this event. |

Tour de Pisgah-II Hey guys! Hope you KLR riders can make it to the TDP-II rally this year. So far, the number of attendies for each consecutive TD? has been increasing. I apologize for not knowing the exact count at the most recent rally, Tour de Tellico-II, but I believe it was in the mid-upper 70's.
