There's always another time..
If you do make it to the States, remember that it's the same as Oz.. It's a big place, and what you see in one part will be completely different only a few hours away..
I was suprised when I got to the area Southeast of Mebourne.. I was expecting what I saw on TV, only to find a green, agricultural area that look a lot like Tennesee hills..
Driving there wasn't an issue, but it screwed me up when I got home.. I couldn't remember what side of the street to drive up after making a corner.

That's a very beautiful place!! I was supposed to be headed your way in a couple weeks, but I had to pass due to other obligations.. I was going to be working down around Morewell/Trararalgon area for a couple weeks..
I'm not going, but I'll pass info onto the guys that are headed that way for something to do while there.

KLR Vs Mt Buffalo Australia
Today i decided to take the Klr for a day trip to Mt Buffalo in Victoria, Australia. From where i live it's only about 160km's but it's such a beautiful place, the road is awesome and the Klr handled it fantastically, in fact i couldn't imagine a better bike for climbing up tight winding roads like these.
There was about 2kms of very rough dirt to get to the top where there is a lookout and some very nice view's are to be had. There were a few fires around so it wasn't as clear seeing as usual but here are some pics anyway.
Hope you enjoy........
